Marci Anthony Photography

Welcome to the site

My name is Marci Antal and I was born in May 2005 in Budapest, Hungary.
I started to engage photography seriously in October 2020.
In 2019, like many young people at the time, I became a fan of flying wonders, i.e. drones and aerial photography.
My passion for photography started here. An old photographer friend of our family, László Muhari, a photography artist – who has been my mentor ever since – was helping me with directing me to his professional drone photographer friend, Krisztián Kubicsek, who told me: „Marci, first learn to photograph, because a drone is nothing but a flying camera”.
Taking his advice, I bought all the photography books I could find, watched all the videos on photography, and immediately started practicing and experimenting with what I learned.
So I set off on a journey that was getting more and more exciting every day. Step by step, I felt more and more how a photo can reflect so many different feelings and moods.
I spent hours every day learning, photographing, practicing what became my passion.
Less than a year later, I can say that photography is not part of my life, it is my life. I owe a lot to my family, my mentors (László Muhari, Krisztián Kubicsek, Tamás Tóth) and my models who helped me to realize extreme ideas.
You can see a small selection of my work on my website, some of which has already won a competition, and I also had the honour to participate in the Modern Art exhibition at the Gozsdu Court in Budapest.
Thank you for being here and I hope to meet You soon for a great photo shoot to create a miracle together!

„The camera has two eyes. Both see, but only one spots. The eye of the camera is a perfect instrument, which does not err, but is an empty and accurate tool for copying nature.
The other eye is awakened by an inner fire, and from its warm look a creative light emanates.”
